Update - Oct 2023
After our usual Sunday games, one of our friends had suggested to come here for lunch. As we were here before and provided our review, this time we decided to try another food on their menu and have another verdict.
Service & Ambience [3]. The place is quite packed with lunch crowd. We are lucky to have a table and quickly settle down to order. Self order at the counter and as usual for us, paying cash to avoid the surcharge. A one point, I called out to the staff to top up the pepper. Some moment passed and she didn't return but I noticed the pepper bottle is put back at the counter.
Food [3]. I had the combination wan tan hor. The kuay teow (flat rice noodle) preferred to have some stirred fried before the gravy is added. Another dish, beef hor fan - the beef is hard and doesn't go well with the hor fan. A friend ordered the special of the day - salty fish with bee hoon. For the price, is too little. My friend didn't take too long to finish. Lucky he drank the free Chinese tea to fill full. Another friend ordered the char kuay teow and nothing special, he said.
Ok verdict is closed.

The food didn't wait long to be served. However the portion is small and not for a hungry person. Fried rice wasn't tasty, and KL Hokkien mee too sweet. Teh Tarik could be better. CKT & Hor Fun, not fussy could passed.
HY Wang
Very good food. Busy bustling atmosphere gives a good vibe of a busy warm Asian eating place. CKT is good with plenty of wok hei and I do not need to go to CBD Lu Lu now. Prawn noodle soup is so full flavoured. Teh Tarik is so aromatic. Pop Piah is so authentic. Will be back. Highly recommended.
Thean Sim
One of the more authentic Malaysian restaurants in Glen Waverley. All the food was delicious but I do agree with other reviews in that the portions are on the smaller size. Usually my partner and I order a dish each and it's plenty, but we were still hungry after so we ordered an additional char kuey teow. The Assam laksa soup was full of flavour but the noodles were thin instead of the thick I'm used to. My partner said the hokkien Mee was one of the best he's had. The teh tarik was below average. After drinking, it had undissolved sugar at the bottom (so they didn't use condensed milk?). Overall, good food and worth trying.

Amazing Singaporean food. Served a good variety and have my favourite 猪脚醋,my always to go for takeaway to eat for dinner at home.
